Intel Core Ultra 5 115U Benchmark
The Core Ultra 5 115U is being produced by Intel on a 7 nm manufacturing node; the number of transistors is unknown. The Core Ultra 5 115U’s multiplier is locked, which restricts how much it can overclock. In December 2023, the 8-core mobile CPU, the Intel Core Ultra 5 115U, was unveiled. It is a member of the Ultra 5 range, which uses the BGA 2049 and Meteor Lake architecture. The available Intel Hyper-Threading technology effectively doubles the P-Cores’ core count, reaching a total of 10 threads.
The Core Ultra 5 115U uses extremely little energy, with a TDP of 15 W. The dual-channel interface of DDR5 memory is supported by Intel’s CPU. Although 5600 MT/s is the maximum officially supported memory speed, overclocking (together with the appropriate memory modules) allows for even faster performance. The motherboard that is selected determines the actual memory technology support; most motherboards only have one type of slot, although the CPU itself supports many memory types.
