AMD Radeon 880M Specs
AMD introduced the Radeon 880M, a mobile integrated graphics solution, in July 2024. The device is based on the Strix Point graphics processor and was built using the 4 nm technology. It is compatible with DirectX 12 Ultimate. Upcoming video games are guaranteed to have hardware raytracing, variable-rate shading, and other features thanks to DirectX 12 Ultimate. AMD blocked some shading units on the Radeon 880M in order to meet the product’s target shader count, in contrast to the fully unlocked Radeon 890M, which utilises the identical GPU but has all 1024 shaders activated.
The GPU is now running at 400 MHz, with the potential to increase to 2900 MHz.
It is rated to draw no more than 15 W of power. A PCI-Express 4.0 x8 interface forms the connection between the Radeon 880M and the rest of the system.
