Intel Core 7 150UL Benchmark

The Core 7 150UL uses extremely little energy, with a TDP of 15 W. Intel’s CPU has a dual-channel interface that supports both DDR4 and DDR5 memory. A PCI-Express Gen 4 connection is used by the Core 7 150UL to communicate with other parts of the computer. The integrated graphics package Iris Xe Graphics 96EU is a feature of this CPU.

The Core 7 150UL runs at 1700 MHz by default, but depending on the workload, it may go to 5 GHz. It also features 12 MB of L3 cache. The Core 7 150UL is being produced by Intel on a 10 nm manufacturing node; the number of transistors is unknown. Its ability to overclock is limited because the multiplier is capped on Core 7 150UL.

In April 2024, the 10-core desktop CPU known as the Intel Core 7 150UL was introduced. It uses the Raptor Lake-PS architecture with Socket 1700 and is a member of the Core 7 range. With the help of Intel Hyper-Threading technology, the P-Cores’ core count is effectively doubled, reaching 12 threads overall.
